You got it ... I mean for the most part, the movie was one which you could just throw into the bin ... but it was the parts where they highlighted what the unranked fighters would go through just to get a title shot ... and then the actual fight at the end ... and Lolita Davidovich trying to get a deal pushed through ... all very good ...

But I mean there are so many other boxing movies other than Rocky and Raging Bull ... Diggstown, Against the Ropes, Girlfight, 1992's Gladiator ... there's a ton of 'em out there ...

cinderella man was about a real life boxer

who overcame odds

and beat max baer

no i dont like the whole love thing

but the movie was funny and all around great

unlike rocky james bradock was a real fighter and the movie was based on his fight with max baer

the boxing in cinderella man was great

no i dont really like the real boxing as a sport it is boring

but in the movies its faster and more fun

my fav rocky is rocky 3 "come on champ you ant so bad you ant nothing!" rocky.

Million dollar baby has a bad ending so if you dont like bad endings then stay away from it i wish i had stayed away the movie was great till the end then it just sucked

go rent the rockys and cheer!

watch james bradock overcome odds

as for the real sport of boxing i loved seeing tyson go down after buster koed him

or when mcbride beat tyson into retireing heh

So it is good with a bad ending then. There are plenty of good movies with terrible endings. Not that I remember any of them...

Oh, and 1-4 of the Rocky movies are definitely the best. If the movie Kickboxer counts, then I like that too.

they dragged out swanks death for too long

it was just not really about boxing at all

how dare they say it was a boxing flim

and where did eastwood run off to!

at the end of the movie he ran off

where he go?

bottom line this movie could have went down in history as the womens rocky of the movies but no swank dies and that dirty boxer who hit her never gos to jail or nothing

BAD flim at the end not for hardcore boxing fans or rocky fans they wont like it

horrable ending not worth watching more then once

million dollar baby is just like battlefield earth

good start horrable threw out and then sucks at the end

its just so bad what flims have become

sad stupid endings a real shame

but cinderella man had a good ending

million dollar baby could have lifted people like rocky did

but in the end you just want your money back.
